Representing Prospera, I delivered a workshop for the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime and Investment Affairs Republic of Indonesia. The workshop is a part of Kemenko Marves efforts to educate non-economists on its roster about National GDP and Ocean Accounts. Along with my co-speaker and line manager, I discussed the various GDP accounting methods and how to leverage the newly established Ocean Accounts for policy analysis.
Feeling like an Impostor: A Reflection on My Job as a Research Assistant
I would never have considered becoming a Research Assistant when I boarded that plane to Glasgow. The job seemed foreign to me when I started working. I imagine the little button pusher inside my brain going into panic mode because my impostor syndrome made me think that the people asking the questions finally see through my disguise.
Finally, a Proper Blogpost and a Personal Website
Sitting on a creaky office chair in August 2019, I was doom scrolling Facebook in my parents’ home, not knowing what to do after graduating with my bachelor’s degree. After rows of friend posts, I saw a blog post about designing a website from scratch.
